Suitable for hand cutting, paper punches and guillotines.

Can be coloured using food dye techniques including airbrushing, edible markers, dusting with lustre and petal dusts, water colour effects with gels & decorators' spirit, or directly printing onto using and edible image printer.

Originally known as 'rice paper' this white paper is popular on quality nougat and panforte and is made from potato starch, water and vegetable oil.
