The Silicone Mould - Stag Deer (Christmas) is made with FDA-approved silicone specially designed for food and confectionery use. Use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (enhanced with tylose) or marzipan to create something truly elegant this Christmas or to adorn a woodland or hunting theme.
For the best results, lightly dust the mould with cornflour before filling with your sugar paste. You may need to pop the mould into the freezer for 5 minutes or so to enable the very intricate details to release without breaking. Attach to your cake, cookies using sugar glue.
