Silicone Mould - TINY SNOWFLAKES
The Snowflakes Silicone Mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionary and complies to FDA regulations.
For best results use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more.
Mould measures 9cm x 8cm.
Instructions: For best details, lightly dust the mould with cornflour before tapping in small amount of paste with your fingertip or end of a small rolling pin. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a flexible scraper or spatular rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
** Freeze the gumpaste for 5 mins or so before releasing. Freezing the dough will help release the very intricate details of the snowflake without breaking.
