This ready to use sugar paste takes sugarpaste to a whole new level!  This is not just a tweak or a minor improvement - this new fondant is a completely different experience.

Excellent elasticity which is great for covering tall/deep tiers and the sharper corners of square cakes - it's a dream to work with.  Resists tearing when lifting and moving the fondant onto your cake, even if you roll more fondant than you actually need.  Resists elephant skin even if you overwork the dough or spend too much time smoothing it out.  Easy to cut and smooth to a sharp edge.  Likewise, any accidents such as denting the fondant with fingernails, can be easily corrected, leaving a perfectly smooth finish without any signs of the mishap.  It's quality and performance has resulted in this fondant being called a real game-changer for the cake decorating industry.

Quicker to knead than other fondants, simply knead for a few minutes before use, to obtain an even more elastic and slim product.  Roll the product with a rolling pin or fondant sheeter and cover the cake.
