Tip: lightly brush both sides of the veiner with a little bit of cornflour to stop the fondant/gumpaste from sticking

Latorta will always repair, replace or refund a FAULTY product. This tax invoice must be provided for proof of purchase.

* you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, or no longer had a use for it.
* you misuse the product in any way that caused the fault
* you knew, or were made aware of, the fault before purchase (ie bargain bin items/discounted/clearance items)
