The preserved flower look is taking cake world by storm and we absolutely love it. The spear palm leaf looks amazing in amongst other flowers, but its natural version is often too large for our cake design. That's where the silicone mould spear palm mould comes in so handy.
Create edible spear palm leaves with gumpaste, flowerpaste or fondant mixed with tylose/cmc in the ideal sizes for your cake, cupcakes or cookies.
The Small Spear Palm mould features 3 cavities measuring approx 4.5cm-5c (7.7cm with stalk); 3.7cm x 3.9cm (5.2cm with stalk) and 2.6x3cm (4.7cm with stalk).
