Croquembouche is an over-the-top French dessert that I wish I could eat every day—cream puffs, covered in caramel, built into a tower! Just spectacular.
The Mondo professional quality croquembouche mould will assist you in creating a beautiful & memorable croquembouche. Simply oil the inside of the cone and place your toffee dipped choux pastry balls inside the mould - continue until the mould is filled then turn the mould upside down to release your masterpiece.
