

Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis) is a natural essential oil and is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy for its fresh floral scent and flavor. When used as a flavor, use sparingly. Essential oils are potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
Lavender is lovely in creme brulee's, buttercream, sponge, creme patisserie for filling choux pastry/croquembouche and teams wonderfully with white chocolate, vanilla and lemon. The perfect addition for a high tea dessert assortment.
