A traditional style of ready-to-use marzipan made using specially selected European and Californian almonds.  Renshaw Marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and modelling. It can be used with a variety of cutters & moulds, and is easily coloured or flavoured.

Marzipan has more uses than just a middle layer on a fruit cake. It’s also a great product for modelling decorations from, being easy to colour and simple to work with. You can also use it as a filling in many cake recipes where it imparts a subtle almond flavor. Whatever you want to use our marzipan for it won’t fail to impress.
