Our gourmet Mini Macarons by French Bakehouse, La Rose Noire, never ceases to impress.  The high quality macarons are made in France using the finest ingredients – the almond macaron shells are hand-filled with pâte de fruit and creamy mousseline filling then finished with a unique splash design.

There are nine flavour profiles to choose from: Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, Orange, Earl Grey, Lemon, Passionfruit, Raspberry and Salted Caramel.  (not all flavours are available at all times).

Each mini macaron weighs approx 6-7g and measures 2.8cm across and sold individually.  (also available in a bulk tray)

The Frozen mini macarons can be defrosted as and when required, and will store for the long term.  

Ideal as a cake decoration, macaron tower, or served as a petite four.
