The .5mm nozzle gun from The Cookie Countess is slightly bigger than the guns typically included with your compressor or portable kit. The .5mm nozzle allows more room for thicker metallic airbrush colors - or for those that like to mix luster dusts with decorator's spirit to make their own color.  It also handles the thicker viscosity of cocoa butter allowing you to create that fabulous velvet spray look. 

Please still be aware that some dusts/powders are simply not meant to be mixed and used in an airbrush gun, and can cause clogging.

• If airbrushing with cocoa butter and/or chocolate (ie Velvet Spray) pre-warm the gun to 40-50C using dry air (sit in dry bain marie pan or very low oven).  Otherwise, the melted cocoa butter/chocolate will set inside the gun.
